Wedding Day Coordination
A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone––but most importantly you––can relax and enjoy the BEST DAY EVER!
This service begins 2 months prior to your wedding date, but may be booked as far out as 18 months. With our check list in-hand, you’ll be ready to complete your final tasks.
We’ll re-group for a Detail Planning Meeting, where we put together your ceremony logistics, reception timeline and more. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
Yes, a non-refundable 35 - 50% payment of the total invoice is due to secure our services.
WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY FOR ROOM3C?
The standard event size at ROOM3C is 50 guests. However, we can comfortably accommodate up to 65.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS?
Yes, once we are booked for your event, we are happy to provide you with a list of our Friendors. We are also happy to partner with any outside vendor of your choice.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN RENTING ROOM3C?
When booking ROOM3C to host your event, you can expect the following: - (5) 5ft Round Tables - (6) 6ft Long Tables - (50) Gold Chivari Chairs w/ Ivory cushions - Access to Prep area, including refrigerator, 2 Stainless Steel Tables, & Sink *no kitchen* - Lock Box Code Access (11am - 12midnight) - Alcohol is permitted by furnishing a physical copy of ABC license on site during event.
MAY I COME VISIT ROOM3C PRIOR TO BOOKING?

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
ROOM3C is a smokefree venue, including Hookah & Vape pens. Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
